The House
We have 5 bedrooms in total, 3 double rooms and two family/group rooms, one of which can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
All the rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard in both traditional and contempory styles. All rooms have central heating, 4 are en-suite with 1 having a private bathroom, colour TV, hairdryers, alarm clocks and tea and coffee making facilities.
Many are spacious with comfortable sitting areas and all offer a variety of different views iincluding the surrounding fells, the park with it's fine imposing church or across the rooftops of Ambleside that leads the eye to the summit of Wansfell Pike. Also, why not enjoy the comfort of one of our en-suite bedrooms with the added sought after luxury of a four poster bed.

Breakfast is served in our dining area which is decorated reflecting the atmosphere of a traditional English tea room. A small garden provides a pleasant sitting area to enjoy those warm summer days and evenings.
